Kathy – spent time at the Quincy Library yesterday looking through City Reports and other items. Found good information that will be putting in the report.

Walked through St. Xavier Cemetery and could not find the grave locations. I am calling the church this morning to get more information.

We talked with Grace Berry’s family and she is in the hospital for a few days. Everything is okay (as far as we know) but dad will be corresponding with her and Bill Joliceour to get more information on their lines.

Hope all is well with your and your family. Hope you have had time to relax.

John

Hi John
I’m forwarding your email to Aunt Ann {Anna & Nick Bibens }, hoping she can give you more than I can. The only thing that I know is St Xavier’s Cemetery in Weymouth and that might be South Weymouth.
Aunt Ann, can you help John out with this.
Kathy

Subject: South Boston Trip

Good afternoon from Jacksonville Florida. I pray life is prosperous for you and your family.

This Tuesday evening my dad and I are making a trip to South Boston to do some family history work. The primary focus he wants to have this year is on the Gillman family tree. We play on visiting Quincy, Weymouth and the surrounding area. He as some specific items he wants to pursue – which I will find out when I get there.

Can you send me some information on the followings:

Location of the Gillman family plots – I know that Andrew & Catherine /Cullen/ Gillman are buried in St. Raymond’s Cemetery and I have photos of their headstone – but where are the remainder of the family buried. We will attempt to get by the cemetery to get digital photos of the gravestones.

In additional to 48 Hilda Street, do you have any additional addresses that were important to the Gillman family history? When in Boston last year, we spent time getting pictures of the Donohoe Family homes. We would like to do the same thing.

We will be in South Boston – staying in Norwood – Wednesday through Saturday morning. I will be flying on Tuesday evening, but should have access to my email while in Boston.

My plan is to do some focused work on the Gillman connections after we return and get things posted to my website. I will get each of you a copy of the PDF that is produced.

Thank you for your assistance.
