She is the daughter of my father’s cousin George Gilman. A few years ago, I met Kathy and her husband at a Gilman Reunion In NY. That is where I met Joliceour’s daughter also. Also met Tom Harrington ‘s family from Conn. He and his family was a military contractor dealing with airplanes. He is also a cousin of my father. That was the only Gilman Family reunion that we went to. Do not know if they are still having reunions.

OK on all replies. I will still keep looking for my notes.

Here is the information I have on Kathy Barnes – Kathy & Gene Barnes – I don’t know if it is still accurate as I have not emailed her in quite a while. Sarah Barnes was the person who I originally got the information about the Gillman tree from.

I will need to look to see if I got your notes, but it does not sound familiar.

I will need to see what it the latest updated Gillman information that I have.

Reason I am asking – These families should be part of the Gilman Family Tree. I cannot find my notes from that trip. Did I ever send you a copy of my notes about the people Karen and I met at the Gilman reunion.

If not, maybe we should send a Gilman family tree to Kathy and have her fill in the other peoples names. She has names, addresses of the family.

Thanks I will contact Grace’s Daughter and see what I can find out. It will be by snail mail. OK if I send her a copy of the Gillman Family Tree?

Here is the information on Andrew J Gillman family tree – Still being updated and enhanced.

Working on putting document images into the file. Trying to get various aspects straightened out.

Digging into Bill and Grace found more information. Grace’s second husband, John Berry, predated her death. But I found his information and have linked some.

Still tracking down other syblings whose death predates them both.

Thanks once again – I have just made out an envelope with their FL address. Will send it out tomorrow.

Yes the family of my generation is getting smaller. That is why I am writing about my life and want to wrap up the Donohoe and Hannigan genealogy. Hopefully Bill III will verify the information that we have, HE might add more information on his family;.

WOW – I did not remember that Bill’s father had passed. The family is getting smaller for your generation.

William J Jolicoeur III has an address of 43 Hawk Feather Circle, Madison, WI 53717-2744.

He and Sharon would appear to be ‘snow birds’ and there is a ‘The Villages, Florida’ address:

1049 Alcove Loop, the Villages, FL 32162-4417. Telephone number is: 352-430-3001 – which is associated with a Voice over Internet system for Embarq (Earthlink/Windstream).

Here is a link to the obituary I found online. I will be making an PDF/image of the document for our records.

I just received a returned no address for William Joseph Joliceour, 704 Bliss Drive, Rochester Hills, MI.
It is possible that he is deceasd by now.
Can you see if you can get a valid address for him? His father and I were cousins and William J Joliceour JR has passed. I do not have the Joliceour family tree that my cousin sent us sometime ago.

I am almost sure that there is a relation here.

Mr. William Joseph Joliceour
704 Bliss Drive
Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307-3597

Good Morning:

I am the grandson of Julia Teresa Gilman. I have been in correspondence with Mr. William Joliceour in Massachusetts for several years as he’s my cousin. I have not heard from him recently.

In researching the Joliceour Family of through the Library at Quincy, Massachusetts – I was able to confirm that my father and I would visit the family at their residence. My father’s Aunt Florence Gilman married your grandfather.
My cousin bill sent me the Joliceour Family Tree that also reaffirms my finding.

I have been able to verify that Florence and Julia were sisters. I have added the Gilman and Joliceour Family Trees to my Hannigan Family Tree.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm that you and your family are in fact related to the Joliceour family from Quincy, Massachusetts. If so, could you send me a family tree of your side of the family? I want to make the overall family tree for the Hannigan’s as accurate as possible for future generations of the Hannigan Family.

Would like names, Date of Birth, Date of Death, if applicable, of family member including any marriage and Maiden Names, as appropriate, which adds an addition branch for wife’s family.

Thank you for your time reading this request. If you are not related thank you anyway.

I hope that things are well with you and your family. My dad contacted me because he had sent Christmas cards to William Jolicoeur and Grace Berry and they were returned to him as undeliverable.

I did a search on Google and Grace passed away on September 18, 2013 in Hingham, MA. Grace was the daughter of Florence Gillman Jolicoeur and William Jolicoeur and living on Hilda in Quincy. I found this obituary from the Patriot Ledger http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/southofboston-ledger/obituary.aspx?n=grace-berry&pid=167115216 in Quincy and have included it in my Gillman Family History information.

I have not done much in the past year with any family history research as work has been very demanding of my time.

Hope your holidays were spent with family and they were a rich time of blessing.
